your four
transformations
Eat, sleep, live, breathe, see, think, express as yourself.
from your biology, to your psychology
The first part of this session that will bring you a sense of relief, is the fact that I’m going to interact with you in a way that feels natural and respectful, without you having to tell me in advance what that means for you.
Because I have your chart and can read you through a mechanical lens, I’m already well versed in most of the words you’ve wanted to use to express yourself.
This is a session about what it means to be you, with someone who already speaks your language.
We’ll explore your determination, cognition, environment, view, motivation, and sense.
What that means is we’re going to lay out how your brain works, how you’re meant to nourish your brain, what sense it develops, where your body feels most at home, how you’re supposed to meet the correct people, what you see better than others, what motivates you, what to do with that motivation, and how you’ll come to be recognized as yourself.
You may have seen some of my Chart Reading videos on YouTube.
Every time I offer more, I sell out. While I enjoy making them, they definitely lack a level of depth and interaction. I personally prefer having the person in front of me so I can read them at a deeper level. I’m not sure if I’m going to offer more YouTube readings. They may have just been the preparation for this reading.
If you’d like to try a Four Transformations Reading, you can book one here.
The four transformations set up guidelines for a lifestyle that differentiates you. Through variable you can understand how to feed your brain to develop your cognition, what environments nurture your body and bring the right people into your life, what perspectives are beneficial versus which are distracting, and how your mind shows us the awareness it’s developing.
Some people think that HD has too many “rules” but for me they aren’t rules - they’re principles for my experiment.
For shits and giggles, I asked AI “why do experiments have rules?” and it said -
When designing an experiment, the "rules" are often referred to as principles of experimental design or guidelines for experimental design. These principles help ensure a valid and reliable experiment.
Yah, sounds right to me. I want a valid and reliable experiment. Maybe it’s the third line in me, but I want results I can test.
What about you?
What are the principles of your experiment?
want to see a sample?
These are some of my youtube videos with a heavy emphasis on the Four Transformations.
